Membership plan

How joining works

  1. Free consultation. A 20-minute video or phone call about your goals and health history. No cost, no obligation.
  2. Clinician decision. Your clinician decides whether a GLP-1 medicine is right for you and orders any labs you need.
  3. Start your membership. Pay $79 a month by card. Your prescription goes to a licensed pharmacy, which bills you separately for the medicine.

Medication is billed separately through the pharmacy. The membership covers your clinical care and coaching. A membership does not mean you will be prescribed a medicine; your clinician decides that with you.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you take insurance?

Memberships are self-pay. Some members use HSA or FSA funds; check with your plan administrator. Medication is billed separately through the pharmacy, and some insurance plans cover GLP-1 medicines for certain conditions. Our team can help you understand your options at your consultation.

Which islands do you serve?

All of Hawaiʻi by telehealth: Oʻahu, Maui, Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi Island, Molokaʻi and Lānaʻi. You need to be physically in Hawaiʻi at the time of each visit.

How fast will I lose weight?

Everyone is different. In clinical trials, weight loss on GLP-1 medicines built gradually over many months, and doses step up slowly to limit side effects. Many people notice changes in appetite in the first few weeks. Your clinician will set realistic expectations with you.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel your membership before your next billing date by contacting us (call, text or email), and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded; all sales are final. See our Terms for details.

What about side effects?

The most common are nausea, constipation, diarrhea and heartburn, usually mild and strongest after a dose increase. Your coach and clinician will give you a plan before you start. Rare but serious side effects include pancreatitis and gallbladder problems; we tell you exactly what to watch for.

Do I need labs?

Often, yes. Your clinician may order baseline labs (for example blood sugar, kidney function and cholesterol) before you start, and follow-up labs later. You can have them drawn at a lab near you; Your membership includes a clinician review of the results.

Where does my medication come from?

Your clinician sends the prescription to a licensed pharmacy, which ships it to your door with cold packs where needed. Medication is billed separately through the pharmacy, and the cost depends on the medicine and dose.
