Programs

Weight care that works around your life.

Clinician-guided GLP-1 programs, coaching between visits, and optional injectable wellness. All by telehealth, for every island.

GLP-1 programs

Semaglutide and tirzepatide, prescribed and managed by your clinician.

GLP-1 medicines mimic hormones your gut makes after eating. They may help you feel full sooner, stay full longer, and think about food less. Your clinician decides which, if either, is right for you.

Semaglutide

A GLP-1 receptor agonist taken as a once-weekly injection. Doses start low and step up roughly every four weeks, as tolerated.

  • Once a week, same day each week
  • Gradual titration to limit side effects
  • STEP 1 trial: about 15% average loss over 68 weeks1

Tirzepatide

Acts on two hormone receptors, GIP and GLP-1. Also a once-weekly injection with a step-up schedule set by your clinician.

  • Once a week, with dose steps about monthly
  • Option if semaglutide isn't a fit
  • SURMOUNT-1: up to about 21% average loss over 72 weeks at the top dose2

1 STEP 1, NEJM 2021. 2 SURMOUNT-1, NEJM 2022. Both alongside diet and activity changes. Averages across trial participants, not a promise: individual results vary.

Every GLP-1 program includes

Clinician visits

Video or phone check-ins on the schedule your plan includes.

Labs review

Baseline and follow-up labs when your clinician orders them.

Pharmacy coordination

Prescriptions sent to a licensed pharmacy that ships to your door.

Side-effect support

A plan for nausea, constipation and the first few weeks.

Active coaching

A coach in your pocket, not a pamphlet.

Medicine can lower the volume on hunger. Coaching helps you build the habits that make the change last: what to eat, how to move, how to sleep, and what to do on the hard days.

Weekly goals

One or two small, specific goals each week, set with you and adjusted as life happens.

Local food, real plates

Protein-first meals built from what you already eat, from saimin night to Sunday potluck.

Movement that fits

Walking, strength and recovery plans that protect muscle as you lose weight.

Messages between visits

Message your care team with any question. Replies within one business day, usually sooner.

Sleep and stress

Simple routines for shift workers, parents and anyone short on rest.

Progress you can see

Track weight, protein, water and steps and watch the trend over time.

Injectable wellness

Optional add-ons ordered after a clinician review. Not every option suits everyone, and evidence for some is still emerging. Ask about availability and pricing at your consultation.
